Our refund policy is as follows. Books purchased on this website are returnable within 14 days of receipt. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping and the book must be received in a new condition. Books received in a non-new condition will be returned to the purchaser or accepted for a reduced amount (to be negotiated with the customer).
Biofeedback devices purchased on this website are non-returnable (for health/sanitary reasons). However, defective products are always replaced with a new product given that the customer contacts us within 30 days of purchase. Otherwise, customers will need to contact the respective manufacture’s warranty claims department.
Please note that payments made by check (mail order) are subject to a 1 to 2 week hold to allow the check to clear. Checks that do not clear are subject to a $25.00 returned check fee.
