Books purchased on this website are returnable within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for payment of return shipping, and the book must be received in a new condition. Customer shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Books received in a non-new condition will be returned to the purchaser or accepted for a reduced amount (to be negotiated with the customer). Refunds are typically made within seven days of receipt of the returned item. However, credit card processors typically take additional days to complete the refund.
Please note that payments made by check (mail order) are subject to a 1 to 2 week hold to allow the check to clear. Checks that do not clear are subject to a $25.00 returned check fee.
