About the Author: There have been countless times that the author, Dr. Rocky Saenz, has been asked the same questions concerning CT by his non-radiology colleagues. Their quest for CT knowledge has inspired him to complete this work. Dr. Saenz completed his undergraduate training at Baylor University. He then received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Thereafter, he completed his radiology residency training at Corewell Health East, Farmington Hills (formerly Botsford Hospital), an affiliate of Michigan State University, and he completed his fellowship in cross-sectional imaging at the University of California in San Francisco. Dr. Saenz is currently a practicing Radiologist in Michigan and the Assistant Program Director for Diagnostic Radiology at Corewell Health East, Farmington Hills (formerly Botsford Hospital) and the Director of Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
